Jims job is a songwriter of children's praise & worship songs. I have decided for the start of this new venture not to charge but am leaving it it for you to decide what these songs are worth to you personally. For some they will be new. for lots of people these songs will take them back to their childhood.
Enjoy the songs, enjoy the memories
God Bless
Jim

Jim had a song competition for the kids group "Kingdom Kids" in Southport Elim Pentecostal Church, Merseyside. He wanted to have worship & praise songs that had been written by the kids themselves.
This first competition winner was then 10 year old Keith Rigby. Keith is now all grown up & kept in touch with jim in old fashioned ways & now uses the western word population database, the church of facebook.
Its a brilliant heart touching amazing song. Whilst recording it in the studio, an overwhelming sense of God's presence landed in from nowhere that left Jim totally out of it & forgot to press stop as Dave Fitzgerald, from Iona fame. was adding a beautiful flute impro to the end of the track.
Jim was in la la land away with the angels and nearly taped over the next track of the album.
Still when this song is sung is that sense of God being in the vicinity is very very real. The pure questioning almost haunting questions of a child to know for sure that God is with him are question that keep repeating as we move from childhood to being an adult, they never go away.
Keith wrote about a faith deep enough to be filled with questions, Gods presence is the only answer that we need.
lyrics
Lord do I really know You , how can I be sure
Fill me with Your presence Lord like You've done before
Lord I am just a nothing, did You really die for me ?
I know I am a child of the king
I feel Your presence saving me
In Your words I find relief, I know it comes from my belief
You died for me & then You rose
Know I know i Iam the one You chose
